Kindly note that our Punjabi Juttis are not hypoallergenic. If you have allergies, we strongly discourage placing an order for these items. 3.2 Order Verification: Confirmation during credit/debit card payment processing does not solely constitute the confirmation of online orders. MysticSole retains the right to verify orders and will accept them only after successful verification by our team.

7.1 Jutti Exchange Policy: Jutti’s can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. If your desired size is unavailable, an exchange for another style of similar value is permissible. Please initiate the return process within 7 working days of receiving the item, utilizing recorded delivery for added security. Ensure the Jutti is returned in its original packing. Please note that shipping costs for return orders are the responsibility of the customer. Include the provided invoice and specify your desired exchange size.

Note: Items purchased on SALE are non-exchangeable.

7.2 Prior Notice Requirement: Items intended for return must be accompanied by prior written notice. Returns received without this notice will not be accepted.

7.3 Secure Packaging for Returns: Exercise care when returning items, ensuring they are appropriately packaged to prevent any potential damage during transit.

7.4 Custom Orders Exclusion: Custom orders, specifically designed for you, are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once in progress.

7.5 Original Packaging and Unused Condition: Returned items should be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for processing.
