- Size Exchange: Utilizing standard EURO sizes, MysticSole endeavors to assist you in selecting the perfect fit for your Punjabi Juttis. If, however, the need arises to exchange your pairs for a different size, we kindly request you to return the product to the specified address within 30 days of purchase:
- Exchange Limitations: Pairs are eligible for exchange only for another size within the same style. In the event that your desired size is unavailable, you have the option to exchange it for another style of similar value.
- Orders on Special Occasions: Products purchased on special occasions such as New Year, Christmas, or any other festive event are not eligible for refunds.
- No Returns or Exchange: Regrettably, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our Punjabi Juttis.
- No Exchange or Returns on Sale Products: Pairs acquired at a discounted SALE price are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- International Orders: We regret to inform you that we do not entertain refunds and exchanges for international orders.
- Special Circumstances: During festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions, shipment delays may occur. However, we assure you that MysticSole is committed to making every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your Punjabi Jutti.
